(Managing Director)

Mr. Moross has a wealth of experience in the real estate world, including commercial deals and planning driven and arbitrage transactions. Most recently, he has served as the Managing Director of Waterford Real Estate Partners I, an offshore three-year investment fund founded in January of 2006. During his tenure, this fund has produced a 85% Return on Investment in the course of 20 months. Mr. Moross is an expert in the process of development, from acquisition through construction to marketing. His experience also reaches across borders, from the United Kingdom to throughout Europe and ultimately into the United States. Mr. Moross founded his own property business in 1988, arranging the finance for, and developing multifamily property schemes. By the mid 1990´s he had directed his attention to the refurbishment of high value, single family residential properties with unique appeal and scarcity value. In 1998, Mr. Moross increased the size of the developments undertaken by creating Limited Liability Partnerships. He also started to acquire high-yielding, multi-let family accommodation. As a result of these activities, Mr. Moross has established a strong development team that can deliver complex construction projects, working with local managers and advisors.

Neil Cameron served for several years a Partner for Arthur Andersen where he was responsible for the Process Division (comprised of 500 consultants), the Change Management Division (comprised 50 consultants) and the Supply Chain Service Line. Mr. Cameron was also appointed to the Consulting Board and served on many of the firms´ international committees. He departed from Arthur Andersen in 2002, in order to pursue other entrepreneurial opportunities, including the creation of Caffe Nero in the United Kingdom and Cutting Edge Music Holdings, a music publishing and services company based in London and Los Angeles.

After receiving an honors Bachelors Degree from Harvard University in 2000, Mr. Karban spent two years as a well-respected financial analyst for Fleet Robertson Stephens, an investment bank focused on growth companies. Mr. Karban focused on the firm´s private equity practice, helping to structure corporate finance transactions for both private and public companies. During his tenure at Robertson, he was a key member on deal teams that collectively raised in excess of $1 billion for Robertson´s corporate clients. In 2002, Mr. Karban took a position as a Senior Financial Analyst at Jefferies & Company, helping to establish a financial services investment banking practice in the firm´s Boston office by advising clients such as E*Trade Financial, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, Goldman Sachs, Ameritrade, Charles Schwabb and other leading commercial and investment banks and financial services institutions. In 2004, Mr. Karban took a partnership position in KARED, LLC, a real estate development company based in Hartford, Connecticut Here, Mr. Karban was instrumental in building a privately owned and managed real estate portfolio that included nine residential buildings which were extensively renovated and maintained at a rate of nearly 100% occupancy.

(Financial Management)

Mr. Ingram has been an accountant for 16 years, working within the financial services and property fields. He has been working for Waterford Real Estate Partners for the last six years; his role focuses on management accounts, bank liaisons and the financial reporting to investors. He controls the budgeting and financial management of all aspects of construction and real estate asset management. Mr. Ingram was integrally involved in Waterford I as the primary, day-to-day financial manager of the fund.

Ms. McCabe has worked for Philip Moross for 13 years. She is responsible for the overall general administration and office management and has been involved with every project through all phases including client liaison, LLP formation, property acquisition, development, construction, and marketing. Ms. McCabe is also responsible for investor relations. Ms. McCabe supervised and facilitated all administrative functions of Waterford I.
