Although not part of the WREP funds, the Waterford team are involved in the acquisition, development, construction, sales and operation of leisure based facilities in the Swiss marketplace. These operations are undertaken by a seperate company, Waterford Investments AG (WIAG).

We currently have two main projects in development:

1) The Fiescherblick Apartments - Grindelwald

2) The Bellevue Hotel and Apartments - Andermatt
