The Bellevue Hotel and Apartments - Andermatt:

The proposed regeneration of the once-famous resort of Andermatt will be the largest development of its kind in Switzerland. Orascom Hotels and Development (OHD) is the master developer of the resort through its local company AADC. 

Orascom Hotels & Development (OHD) and Waterford Investments AG (WIAG) are creating a Joint-Venture company to develop and manage the Bellevue project.

There are opportunities for investors through the Andermatt Real Estate Partners fund (AREP). This fund will be managed by the JV company.

The Bellevue Hotel and apartments are projected to be completed by the end of 2010.
