REAL ESTATE EXPERTISE

Prospective investments will be developed, analysed and negotiated by the real estate professionals and staff of Waterford, and will be submitted to the Managing Director for review. The Managing Director will evaluate all proposed investments on a comparative basis, monitor performance of investments, generally oversee the operations of Waterford in relation to the Partnership and report to the Investing Partners regularly. The Managing Director will be responsible for making all final investment decisions on behalf of Waterford as well as approving major restructurings and dispositions of investments.

Waterford has several real estate professionals actively working for them in a direct or indirect capacity, who form the Management team. The members of the Management team have extensive complimentary skills relating to the real estate and property markets. Waterford engages members of the team to approach, identify complete, construct, manage and sell its assets through their life cycle. Waterford reserves the right to change the above management structure and procedures from time to time.
